Social media sensation Uorfi Javed has faced repeated criticism for her fashion choices. However, the recent incident took a distressing turn when she experienced harassment from men during a flight to Goa. Uorfi courageously spoke out about the ordeal, acknowledging that she often feels like a soft target.
In a candid conversation with Hindustan Times, Uorfi recounts the harrowing incident, stating, “They were calling me names and passing comments like, ‘She always dresses provocatively. Oh, she’s wearing clothes today.’ I remained composed as I didn’t want to disrupt the flight’s decorum,” she says, continuing, “But my patience wore thin when one of the guys, part of the group that was misbehaving, had the audacity to ask for a selfie. That’s when I confronted them, asking how they could make such derogatory remarks and then expect a picture with me.”
